Lottery program

A lottery program I require a windows based network caperbil lottery program, the program must have the facility to be touch screen operated and overidden by keyboard if required. the programs must keep records of bets taken and have the facility to check the records for the winning sequence. and other little features, a repeat bet, a lucky dip feature, a reprint of lost ticket. the program screen will show the time and date, a window showing number of tickets sold and a till window showing cash taken. all printing will be done on by? an Epson thermal POS printer. Records 1 details of the tickets and cash total printed out at start of day. 2 details of totals if the program is suspended. 3 a full list of cash taken and final tickets numbers sold. 4 a report giving full list of the winning tickets and the division of the total takings divided by the total less the commission then divided by the number of winning tickets. al full specification of this program will be supplied to the winning bidder
