Looking for professionals that can create quality inbound links for a site that cares deeply about its brand and reputation. PROJECT STAGES: 1. Review website and define anchor text for 5 pages - Provide for approval in excel. 2. Source 100+ PR5+ link pages and send to me for approval in excel. Site URL, link URL, the IP Address, anchor text, anchor URL, Google page ranking. 3. Build approved inbound links and provide alternatives for non-approved. After link is built, you will need to send us a weekly report showing Google caching. 4. Escrow will be released after the ALL links have been cached by Google. PROJECT DEADLINE & PENALTIES: - 14 days from project start to deliver all links. - If deadline is missed by 1 to 7 days – only 75% paid. Over 7 Days – project is cancelled. LINK BUILDING GUIDELINES: All links must meet the following requirements: 1. 100 total 1 way links PR5+ (page rank, not site PR) 2. 75%+ of links must have content related to: [home repossession, cash for properties, fast property buyers, estate agents uk, homebuyers, selling uk property, quick house sales (further keywords to be provided)] 3. UK Websites (.[login to view URL] or .com with UK IP address) English language. 4. Links must be permanent one way. No link exchanges. No reciprocal links. 5. Any link that is dropped will be replaced by provider at no charge, after project completion for 24 months. 6. One link per domain, all from different Class C IP addresses. 7. No directories, no scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, classifieds, etc. 8. NO link farms, link-exchange programs, NO BLOGS, NO FFAs, NO ILLEGAL/SCAM/SPAM sites, No adult sites, no classifieds or pharmacy or mortgage, gaming, forums, web directories, political, guestbooks, dynamic links, black hat links. 9. No banned sites by Google 10. No guest books, web rings or paid sites, gambling , porn, adult material or warez sites, download sites, gambling, medical, drug, pharmacy sites 11. 25 maximum links per page with link; inbound + outbound < 25 12. Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted. 13. Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.) 14. Links must be static and direct using anchor text and title tag 15. Link must be on a search engine friendly static page (no redirects, cloaking, etc.) 16. No sites using dynamically generated links, or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. 17. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo. 18. Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) 19. Text link - No graphics. 20. All links should be non-paid links. No text to mention the links are paid links. 21. All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. 22. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. 23. Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. 24. Link Page should be navigated to from the sites homepage 25. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. Linked sites must be in production (developed and not under construction). 26. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis, or others) 27. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages 28. No Fake PR pages - will verify with [login to view URL] PAYMENT CONDITIONS: 100% payment released only after the ALL links have been cached by Google. We are paying for results. If you are not happy on these terms do not bid. EXAMPLES & REFERENCES: Provide spreadsheet example of previous work with link to the buyers review in your profile. I will verify the links on your previous work before assigning a winner. FURTHER WORK This is your trial project – I will need over 10000 links built over the following 12 months.
