We are a small window installation company. We sell and install many glass related products. We currently use Sage 50 for our accounting processes. We have developed excel spreadsheets for estimating/quoting. We use google calendar for scheduling sales appointments and installations. We use hubspot (free version) to manage the contact info, pipeline status, depository for email communications, job info (pics and notes), etc. I also pay for 8 microsoft 365 licenses. I want to utilize my microsoft 365 tool kit (primarily sharepoint) to create a replacement for the hubspot function. By creating an intranet platform, I want to integrate our customer and job information data. I could do this myself, but as the owner, I don't have any time to spare as our operation is becoming busier and more complex needing more management of people and processes.
