Program a PSD we've designed into Magento - URGENT

We already decided we want to use MAGENTO. we need someone to implement our psd into a magento. we need it to look EXACTLY Like our psd, same fonts, same structure, etc etc. we need some one TIDY, who looks at every detail and is very responsible and has time availability.
