Wordpress Paypal IPN problem

We have just switched an existing ecommerce site to a wordpress design with woocommerce. We have two issues:- 1. When buyers use paypal to pay at the new site both admin and the buyer do not receive transaction emails from the website. We have to manually send emails from woocommerce. Wordpress orders that arrive in paypal have an ipn directed back to the wordpress site which does change an order to processing, however the notification emails are not sent. 2. Within paypal admin our overall IPN is directed to a program on our server that processes orders from multiple shopping carts and also eBay. However, wordpress orders in paypal do not because they don't use the set paypal ipn. We need the order ipn's from the wordpress site to perhaps forward to an ipn redirector like [login to view URL] to send ipn data back to wordpress plus also to our server for order processing. Sonic IPN is $17.00 which we are prepared to purchase if it is the best for the job. I would expect a solution for a maximum of $60.00 (plus Sonic IPN if required)
