Social Traffic & Incoming Links

I run an established relationship/dating blog and I'm looking for social networking guru to help me properly promote my articles on social networks such as: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] & Propeller Objectives: 1. Create hundreds of inbound links by being on the FRONT PAGE of these social media sites 2. Receive temporary high quality traffic. Ultimately, I don't care much about the instant traffic bump but want to have long term growth through added exposure and increased backlinks from the bookmarks/mirrors. What I'm looking for in a bidder: I want to work with someone who routinely ranks articles on sites like Digg, and from there I want him to be able to say: "We need to do X, Y, Z to your article/site, promote the article/site in this way and we should expect this kind of result"
