create a very simple windows phone 8.1 app

i want a simple windows phone app it have only one screen from 2 text fields and 3 buttons . first text field label called id number the second call copoun . the buttons will have labels call 1 , call2 , call 3 . once the user write in the first text field the entry will be save automatically and if he close and open the app he will find it . the second one also the same . once he press call one , the phone will call a the wriitten numbers like this ( *155*copon*ID# second one will be *144*copon*ID# third button *133*ID*copon# thats it . should not take from pro more than 15 minutes .
