Create Mac compatible application for Computerized exam

Hello I need program ( preferably Java) that can be operated on Apple Mac. I do have an excel file with around 9200 multiple choice questions. The exam is for personal use so it will not be posted online. Requirements: 1) Each exam will contain 500 random questions ( 500 questions out of the 9200) 2) Each time the exam is launched, there will new 500 RANDOM questions 3) The same question should appear only once for each exam, but it's OK if it appears in later exams. 4) Exam time is 30 minutes, and remaining time should be visible in the program. 5) There should be button "SHOW ANSWER". When this button is clicked, the correct answer should appear. 6)All exams are equally weighted. So if we have 200 correct answers out of 500, then mark is 40% 7) There should be button "Finish Exam", when clicked, the exam should be ended and Mark should appear. The Exam is in Russian, so make sure that your application is correctly encoded for Russian characters. When you apply, briefly introduce yourself and your method, and if you have any questions.
