Unity 3D project, Genetic Algorithm and Audio (Javascript or C#)

Need someone experienced in unity3D in either Javascript or C# (user preference) I require all the basic functions for a Genetic Algorithm to modify a set of data. As well as set up an audio source that loads/plays a set of frequencies. looking for someone who can fill in the blanks when necessary, not looking to play 20 questions or hold your hand. the project is pretty straight forward. deliverable will be the source.
