Meanwhile come May end 2014, we will be launching our own white-labeled cloud service and I would suggest we go for that instead. i have done most of the similar project on this site and i can do this for $1000 and i will need a vps with debian server, mikrotik access point, facebook developer and twitter developer account the interface will be just text based you will have to design your graph etc 100% advance milestone and release 40% when server setup done and first hotspot working 40% when i give you admin access and setup instruction for other hotspot 20% for bug fix

Hi, I read your project requirement and i ver well know about Hotspotsystem system because i already developed a Hotspotsystem application in 1 year. In which i managed many things just like bandwidth,speed,auto billing ect.

i have done many facebook projects. i have worked with facebook as well. Currently doing facebook project too.
