Good morning. Most likely: Either your ODBC driver is out of date (Windows, easy) or your listener is corrupt (Oracle, complex). I'd recommend an hourly rate. Relevant Skills and Experience I've worked with Oracle databases for over 25 years. I've set up countless ODBC (Windows) to Oracle listener connections in that time for worldwide blue-chip clients. Proposed Milestones $100 CAD - Assess the ODBC requirements for your Oracle installation. Fix if possible. $250 CAD - Examine the Oracle setup, see if the listener is set up incorrectly. Fix if possible. $205 CAD - Document any changes. Train onsite staff to fix in future. Full signoff at completion. Additional Services Offered $250 CAD - Any ad-hoc work going forwards, future upgrades, support work etc. As required/available. Are you able to allow database/application access to me?
