500 word technical article on the benefits of using OCR for data interchange

If you don't have a degree in computer science you may not be qualified to write this article. I have some patented technology that has the unique benefit that it can recognize character glyphs from the computer display screen with consistent 100% accuracy in real time. When I say unique, I mean this literally. No other technology on the Earth can do this. I would prefer to test candidates through sample paragraphs. It would also be helpful if bidders could show that they know the meaning of the technical terms that I have used in this posting. I would like to make this a $25 to $150 project, but, that is not an option so I will make it a $4 to $ 99 project. I could pay up to $150 for a truly excellent job.
