Call Agent - Appointment Setting

Hi there. I am Pam from Phillipines. I ams o excited to se d proposal on this project. I am an on and off freelancer and call center agent to a BPO company. I am with this industry since 2008 and learned a lot of different skills. I don't have experience in appointment setting but I am willing to be trained and more knowledge to my bucket brain. I worked with 2 call centers only because I don't want to hop fro different companies. I handled Sales and Customer Service. My projects were AT&T, 1800-flowers, Haband, Fingerhut, Orchard Brands and a lot more. I take care of customet who wants to order and resolve their issues. I also had a lot of projects with freelance. I am available to work @ 9am - 5pm EST. Have been working with US Clients since 2008,that should not be a problem. I started at $3/hr and grow to $8/hr but anyone can offer. I worked full time or sometimes part time with 4-6hrs shift a day. I start working @9am u til 9pm This is my passion and I love what I am doing. I can never leave this type of job. I can guarantee best results of my work and to offer you my dedication. 1. Did you work on B2B/BPO Campaigns? - which ones? - how long? I do have experience working with BPO campaigns. The first one was a health insurance campaign which was a cold calling for people aged below 65 and to do the warm transfer to the licensed agent if they are interested in it to further assist the customer. And I was able to work for it for three months. The other one was an appointment setting for a free quote for janitorial service and I worked for it for only 2 months. The next campaign I had was a real estate cold calling and appointment setting. My task in my previous real estate job was to call random people and ask them if they are interested in selling their property. Then, if they are, I will be asking a few simple questions about the property while taking down the information and create an appointment in Mojo for the acquisitions to call them back. It was harborside home buyers located in Florida and I handled that campaign for two months. Previously, it was a timeshare company and that was for almost two months only. 2. Are u available to work from 9 am till 5 pm EST? -Yes, I am available to work from 9 am until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time. 3.
