I am looking for a telemarketer/cold caller who can help set sales meetings for my marketing agency in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling and appointment setting in the real estate sector. Key Requirements: - Prior experience as a telemarketer or cold caller - Proven track record of setting successful sales meetings - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to follow a script and adapt as needed - Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools Responsibilities: - Making outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate industry - Following a script to introduce our services and qualify leads - Setting up sales meetings with interested prospects - Updating CRM system with relevant information Please note that I already have a script prepared, so the freelancer will simply need to follow it during the calls. This is a part-time position with flexible hours during USA time.
