Required - Basic concept A house built on circular platform that moves up & down on a hydraulic pole. Once reaches the top, it locked into place. At a press of button on remote control, platform moves clockwise 360 degree at very slow speeds; A, B &C. Platform can be lowered into the ground & sealed off and becomes a bunker/safe hideout, uses 80% solar energy & 20% electric from utility company & must meet all US housing codes Basic set up • A hydraulic pole system - The base (to be determined by an engineer)  Must able to support the weight of house  Moves house up & down by one single hydraulic system  Moves house counter clockwise at slow speeds; A, B & C  Must withstand 10Mag earthquake  Must withstand 250 mph wind  Lightning proof & has high heat/cold tolerance  Emergency exit & safety light • Circular metal frame platform (the house) - Bedrooms  Room 1 (Master Suite bedroom) - dual sink, standing shower, toilet, hot tub jacuzzi & walk-in closet, entertainment center, balcony & retractable roof/ceiling for view of sky  Room 2 (Jr. Suite) - sink, bathtub, toilet, closet, entertainment center, door to family room, balcony & retractable roof/ceiling for view of sky - Bathrooms  Built-in in Master Suite: dual sink, standing shower, toilet, hot tub jacuzzi & walk-in closet  Shared between Jr. Suite & family room: sink, bathtub, toilet, closet - Family  couches, sofa, coffee table, end tables, built-in surrounded sounds entertainment center, balcony & retractable roof/ceiling for view of sky - Kitchen  Full kitchen with dining area  Balcony for option to dine “outside” - Car garage  2 cars garage. Garage should be able to separate from the platform and should be able to move up & down independently - Yard  an area that can be a garden, a putting green, a pool, a BBQ or an observation area - Track  A running/walking track on the outer rim of the platform  Night time running light  See through glass • Tracking rack for solar panels - Rack for solar panels with tracking mechanism that track the sun light for best energy intake - Rack should not cover roof of house - Panels should be high enough so they won’t interfere with house electronics - Rack & panels should be able to withstand 250 mph winds - Shock free from lighting (special grounding) - Easy access for cleaning - Rust free • Solar energy storage & solar generator - Supply 80% of house energy - Self-sustain - Stores enough energy to survive under ground for 6 months • Misc - Light weight but durable enough to withstand all kind of extreme weathers - Sleek, futuristic design - Hi tech: keyless entry, security alert…etc… - Camera surveillance monitor through smart phone - In the case of chemical/biological disaster/attack, house is lowered into the ground, sealed off from public - Underground well/water source - Car garage must be able to operate independently from platform - Emergency escape route in case power shuts down Optional • Helicopter/flying car landing zone • Sky-hangar for helicopter for home owners Notes - animation should start with a drawing/sketch.
