I'd like to obtain a single STL design file for a 3D printer, to print a 10x10cm surface packed with nylon joiners for MakerBeam profiles. Normally the MakerBeam profile is designed to accept M3 standard screw heads (but please see [login to view URL] site for nuanced clarifications on this). I want to be able to bring two MakerBeam beams flush together, with one or more nylon joiners holding the two beams in place using simple screw-less friction. In other words, the joiner should look like two M3 screw heads glued together (facing away from each other), with just enough distance between the heads to ensure tight gripping of the two beams placed against each other (length-wise).
