Low Poly Road and Bridge models

I need models of roads and bridges built and textured. I would like them delivered in OpenFlight or OBJ format. I need the following: 1. An urban road with curbs and sidewalks on each side. 2. A highway with guard rails and a concrete barrier dividing lanes. 3. A concrete overpass with sidewalk, guard rails between traffic and the sidewalk, and a pedestrian fence on the outside of the overpass. The bottom of the overpass can be quite simple, but should be modeled and textured. Each of the above need to be delivered as 100m long straight segments with repeating textures. They should be simple extrusions (although street lights, posts or other parts are fine, as long as they are repeating). These models will be used for dynamic model generation, so simple is better. Another requirement is that the parts of each model (sidewalk, guard rail, traffic lanes, even stripes between lines) be grouped, or even delivered as separate model files. I want to be able to build a model with different number of lanes by copying the groups and putting them side-by-side. This means that the stripes between lanes of traffic should be grouped independently (for example I might want 4 lanes of traffic with white stripes between each lane, and a solid stripe on the edges, or I might want 2 lanes in each direction with solid white lines on the outside and a double yellow line in the middle, and a white stripe between the two lanes going the same direction). The textures should be realistic, but do not need to be super high resolution. Textures can be JPEG. The units of the model need to be meters, and should be at a realistic scale.
