Hello, I am currently in process of renovating 2 story - 1 family home. I will provide approximate dimensions and rough drafts. Looking for a person with a modern design sense. Client needs plans, visualizations and renderings of 2 floors. 1. Front Facade Design 2. First Floor Rooms; Foyer, Powder Room, Closet, Stairs, Breakfast Area, Kitchen, Dining Room, Divider Wall with see thru Fireplace (gas) (between Dining Room and Living-Room, Living-Room, Guest Bedroom, and 1 Full Bath. 3. Second Floor Rooms; 2 Bedrooms for the kids with small Bathrooms, Office, Master Bedroom with Walk-in Closet and Master Bathroom. Please keep in mind that the second floor will be raised across the whole area of the home. Both floors will be identical in area. All questions will be answered as they arrive via any means of communication. Thank you all for bidding!
