Looking for a translation of Norwegian song lyrics into English that preserves as much semantic meaning as possible. In places where the direct translation may be obscure, the translator should be able to provide an interpretation that is faithful to the source material's intention while being understandable in English. It is ideal that the translator be fully fluent in both English and Norwegian. Experience listening to and interpreting song lyrics in general is a preferable trait as well, especially if said individual has a passion for music. The provided material will be entirely audio, and consist of a full album of 9 songs, with a total run-time of 40 minutes, all with Norwegian lyrics. The translator should be able to provide the original lyrics transcribed verbatim into Norwegian as well as their English translation. The translator is encouraged to make any extra notes they feel are relevant for painting the full picture of the meaning. Budget is negotiable! Please provide a reasonable price for your service, in consideration with the value of your service and the time you expect this project to take to be done as well as possible.
