Flash Media Server & Wowza

Hi all, I have a few IPTV streaming links I wish to restream. Using Flash Media Server and Wowza, I need someone to; 1. Setup two (2) of my IPTV streaming links in Wowza & Flash Media Server. AND show me how to; 2. Restream similar IPTV links in SD and HD format using Flash Media Server and Wowza. 3. How to add a video file in Wowza and Flash Media Server and stream it. 4. Encrypt the iptv links to avoid link sniffing and restreaming using Flash Media Server and Wowza. This is a very simple job, should take no more an hour to complete. I will pay no more than $100 for this URGENT project. Thanks.
