Minecraft Survival Server Setup

Looking for an experienced Minecraft server builder to create and host a survival server with the capacity to accommodate 50-100 players. The server needs to be adaptable in line with my team's ever-changing requirements. Ideally we would love for the host to be available to moderate or possible put us in contact with some people who can be available to moderate whenever the team is online. This is for a streaming group. Key tasks include: - Configure the server for Survival mode but in a way it can be quickly switched to others if needed, such as Creative Server or Minigames Server. Currently needing to be set at 1.20.1 where it will NOT auto update. - Installing plugins: I need a professional who can handle a range of plugin installations. Our needs may variate, so your willingness and ability to adapt and install new plugins is paramount. This could span from Economy plugins to Anti-Cheat or even Role-play plugins. -Moderate if possible at times that the team is online or at least streaming. In your proposal, please include your experience dealing with Minecraft servers and mention any specific plugins you've previously installed. Critical for this job are problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of input commands and server settings. Looking forward to your bids!
