I am looking for an experienced video editor to help me elevate my YouTube channel focused on Business, Personal Development, and Motivation. Your main task will be to create dynamic edits of videos featuring me speaking directly to the camera. This includes clean editing, smooth transitions, visual enhancers, jump cuts, music, text, and maintaining an overall energetic style. Key Requirements: Proven ability to transform talking-head style videos into engaging, high-quality content. Strong understanding of narrative, pacing, and the motivational content genre. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Prior experience in editing similar content is a major advantage. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering polished work. Project Details: This is a recurring monthly project. You will edit approximately 10 videos per month for a fixed price. Each video is a maximum of 15 minutes, with most averaging around 10 minutes. In your application, please ensure you include: Relevant work experience and links to your editing portfolio, specifically highlighting projects with 'talking-head' style videos. A brief description of how you approach editing this type of content to maintain engagement and energy.
