I have a hard drive filled with files that were used to create a workout dvd for me in adobe premiere pro. I want to break apart the video files so I can load them up onto youtube so instead of having my dvd sent to customers, they can access my workout videos via a password protected youtube site. My problem is that I don't know how o use premiere so I need someone to work it out for me. it looks like there could be a few files missing as when I try and view the workout video in premiere as there are parts that are missing, but it could be user error on my part. I also need some slight editing to some of the files, some trimming on certain parts.
