Video Editing Project (URGENT: Due in 12 hours)

IMPORTANT: All FINAL files are due Monday November 20 at 8PM PKT - if you can't meet this deadline please do not bid. I am editing a course and need some help getting the video clean and polished video. This isn't an overly complex job - I just need some help in getting the quality up. I have created V1 to see the style that is approved and you can view it here [login to view URL] There are 6 videos in total to edit. They range from 5-15 minutes. Here is an instructional video of what I need (DO NOT message me via loom) [login to view URL] The framework for each subsequent video is set up already but it wasn't done very well. I need the transitions smoother and more variety in the video. Here are the instructions for the video: - Quick transitions (most are 00:00:10 or 00:00:20 long) - Make sure you use the PUSH transition only (you can change the direction but keep it to this transition) - Add some zoom in and zoom out for variety please use a couple of cuts of the “side view”) - The framework is already set up for each of them but I need the timing, font, etc all cleaned up. I need more variety and changes in angles so that it stays engaging. We would want a 'change of scenery' every 30 seconds or so. Maybe a new angle, maybe a slide on the screen, just something to change it up. - Aim for 60% ‘talking head’ and 40% with slides - The audio needs to be cleaned up - Use M1V1 as a sample of what the approved style is (the premier file for the sample video above will be provided) - Any text call-out needs to be in Sentence Case (no ALL CAPS) - You do not need to export. I need the Premier files sent to me (MUST be Premier (2023 prefered)) - Make sure the audio background noise reduced I need the premier file back (along with any other images that you have inserted into the project). Lastly, and most importantly, these need to be done QUICK (in 12 hours) as unfortunately my previous contractor did not complete the job as described and now I am in a bind. BUDGET: $10-20/video as most of the 'leg work' is done - it just needs to be a better quality. This project has about 7-10 modules so if this project goes well, and we work well together. I would love your support on the rest of the project (on a less rushed timeline). To show that you read this, be sure to reference the timline in your bid.
