Convert .MPG to .ISO video file

I created a 1 hour 25 minute video and it's saved as .MPG. I am publishing the video through [login to view URL] and they have a requirement that the video format be in .ISO to upload to their site. I tried to convert this through Movavi v12 software but the resulting quality was VERY poor. I need you to convert my 53GB movie .MPG file to .ISO and ensure that it meets 100% of the requirements on [login to view URL]'s DVD requirements page [login to view URL] -Content must be an authored DVD provided as a single ISO file. -ISO files must be unencrypted. -Your source must contain only AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders in the root directory of the disc. -We do not support inclusion of data or executable files on DVD. -In order to maximize playback compatibility, we recommend a maximum total bit rate for the combined video and audio tracks of 6.5 Mbp/s (megabits per second). -We recommend using Dolby Digital (AC-3) audio; however PCM and DTS audio are also supported. -We accept files up to 4.6 GB in size. -Only single track DVDs are supported at this time. I will need to get you my 53GB file somehow (dropbox, file share, not email- the file is too big for email) I will need to receive back from you a .ISO video file that I can upload to [login to view URL] Please tell me what program you will use for the conversion. Hello Jared! Your project sounds easy at first sight, however I can tell you that there's more here than meets the eye. I have authorized tens of thousands of DVDs in the last 10 years, as I worked as videographer for a renowned cruising line so I hope this would give me the leading edge over the rest of the bidders. I am using the whole Adobe Suite and for your specific project the Adobe Encore app would be extensively used, as it's the industry standard. An ISO file is basically an archive file of an optical disc, so upon authorizing with Encore (which automatically would create the required AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders), a CD/DVD burning software will have to be used to mock-up the burning of these folders on the hard-drive (instead of an actual DVD). I'll be using Nero suite for this task. Apparently you want to profit upon the sales of this DVD, so I warmly recommend you to encode your movie in various formats for various platforms (iPhone, iPad, Blu-Ray etc), this way you can address to a larger audience. You will also need some chapter markers added to your movie, as well as a DVD menu, so the final product looks indeed professional.
