We require a custom video decoding module to use for a video stream from one our digital video recorders. A sample of the stream can be found at [login to view URL] The AcviveX or the CMS Software traffic can be intercepted to gather the required decoding technique(s). We require a complete set of code in C/C++, you can use any existing available libraries to manipulate the stream such as ffmpeg. If you feel confident to have a try, we are happy to pay an hourly rate to the successfull bidder.
