Video splicing/editing & tagging (long term project potential)

Hi, I am looking for someone who has a bit of artistic talent (so you know what "good" video shots look like) - to splice a number of videos into 15, 30, 45 second segments, and then tag them. (I.e., keywords associated with them, description). Requirements: a) You need a FAST internet connection. I'd be sending you some large files. b) You'd need a FAST computer (i5/i7, good graphics card, like GTX980, etc). Probably at least 8-16GB RAM (just so it works quickly on your computer). c) Access to video splicing software. Something like Sony Vegas. d) At most, this will be $3-$4/hour. I'd expect you'd be able to get about 7-8 videos/hour. e) Ability to write a good description, and good keywords (I would give you a template of what I need). Preferences: a) I prefer someone from one of the following countries: Phillipines, UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Europe (i.e., Ukraine/Russia/etc). If you do a good job - this will be a long term thing. (I have a LOT of videos I need spliced). Please bid accordingly. If you have samples of video editing work you've done in the past - please provide online LINKS to 1-2 of your BEST samples. (I will ignore any bids that give me a huge list that I have to figure out, because it would mean that bidder didn't read the proposal). Thanks! Look forward to hearing from you
