Create noise of our new app in Singapore

I need someone who is familia with Singapore's lingo and culture. We have just launched a new app and after some viral expert to create some noise in some forums or other social community. It's not spamming but actually share what our app does and what its differentiation is comparing to other similar apps. Details will be given after the job is assigned. The first project is more like a trial project. If it goes well, there will definitely be a longer term project and more work.
