Administrative Assistant Needed for Email Management, coordinating meetings and potentially updating web site (10-30 hours per week) Tasks: - Managing and organizing email inbox, primarily sending bulk emails from my laptop using Teamviewer or something similar. - Sorting and prioritizing incoming emails is a possibility - Responding to basic inquiries and forwarding important messages - updating website for events and additions to functions - Reaching out to people to ensure they will be at meetings, coordinating meetings using calendly, etc Requirements: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Good written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in email management tools and software for mass mailings - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to follow instruction to great detail Experience: - Previous experience in email management or administrative assistance preferred - Generic html - Familiarity with data entry and scheduling tasks is a plus Instructions and Guidance: - I will provide clear instructions and guidance for the tasks - Open to suggestions and improvements from the assistant Autonomy: - The assistant will have some autonomy in managing the email inbox and prioritizing messages, but will still follow provided guidelines.
