I hope you are well. I am a virtual assistant with many skills and talents. I have experience in administration. I work for a charity, who does not have an administrator, therefore carry out my own administrative duties. I provide volunteer research and data entry support for a disability sports charity. I carry out research regarding companies to approach in the local area with regards to fundraising, input these onto a spreadsheet that I have created and then contact the companies via email. I am proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
I currently write, proof-read and edit 200-300 page reports on accessibility.
I am a landlord and have an interest in properties. I manage the properties, this means dealing with every aspect. This starts from searching and shortlisting the properties, to arranging the viewings, arranging the surveys and dealing with the solicitors to ensure completion. Then I must advertise and arrange the viewings for perspective tenants and complete the documentation and referencing. I then deal with all aspects of the tenancy from creating a tenancy agreement to ongoing maintenance and ending the tenancy.
I am a very busy person and this shows how highly organised and motivated I am. I am methodical and meticulous in my approach to all I do and always do my best.
