Virtual Printer - Prints Document, Saves as TIF/PDF/JPG

This project requires immediate delivery. We will be selecting a developer today and we need delivery of this project within 72 hours. We need a C# coded Virtual Printer application. The application, similar to software like Zan Image Printer, PrimoPDF and other virtual printers, will allow any document to be printed and saved as a JPG/TIF/PDF-A on a local computer AND upload it using http and ftp protocols. We are seeking a developer who has done this before, and already coded such a project. We need this project delivered within 72 hours. We need all source code commented, because I will need customize it, and I'm not a C# Expert. All code / components used must bee royalty free. Also, the virtual printer must come with a friendly installer. My customers will use this virtual printer to upload TIFF images, JPG or PDF documents to my ECM server. Is mandatory support to a TIFF (Black/White - CCITT Group 4 Compression) single and multi-page, JPG (with compression) and PDF-A. When printing, the user must have option to choice Resolution, Color Type (Color, Grayscale, B/W), Format Type (JPG/TIFF/PDF-A) and Compression Type.
