VB6 Website Parser (DOM) with TCP/HTTP Interface to the Internet

Hello! I need a tool written in VB6 which uses tcp and a lightweigh http-based protocol to receive commands and return its results from/to the internet. The listening port must be free configurable (for example with ini file) and the command-value pairs should be handled as http-GET-parameters. The result should be returned as single http-like response. The tool itsself has to parse a website. The website address comes with the GET request from the internet. The parser's job is to find IFRAMEs which are handeled by a javascript, grab all content from that IFRAME and give back this content as the result on the website. The javascript and the IFRAME content comes from another domain. So the IFRAMEs content is only available in the DOM of the browser control. The tool must recognize when the IFRAME content is available because it is called from an extern server and may take a second or two. The webbrowser control must should work unattended and windowless. If you think you can realize this project please ask for detailed project informations including examples.
