I do have more that 8 years hands on experience on VMware vsphere.products.  8+ years of hands on experience in implementation & administration of VMware VSphere 5.x and 6.x and 7.0 infrastructure servers.  Upgrading ESX/ ESXi 5.x hosts to ESXi 6.x and Esxi7.0  Troubleshooting when Esxi nodes are disconnected or not responding state.  Troubleshooting HA related issues.  Creating and Managing Virtual Machines and Templates.  Creating DvSwitches, adding port groups and adding Newly deployed esxi hosts to dVswitches.  Adding VLANs at DvSwitch level when requirement comes and troubleshooting when Servers are not reaching through the VLANs.  Involved in Esxi management IPs change in the cluster.  Involved in VM migration from one cluster to another cluster.  Migrating VM’s through VMotion, cold migration and Storage Vmotion  Troubleshooting when nics down.  Hands on experience hyper converged infrastructure.  Managing compute and storage nodes in HCI.  Managing RP4 VM and Storage(asynchronous) DR activities.  Creating, mapping, unmapping and removing volumes from External as well as internal SDCs in HCI.
