**Job Title:** Kamailio & Asterisk VoIP Solutions Architect **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Kamailio & Asterisk VoIP Solutions Architect to design and implement a comprehensive telecommunication solution that integrates WebRTC, SIP users, and robust VoIP services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in setting up and configuring multi-tenant VoIP systems, ensuring high availability, and developing secure and scalable APIs for system interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deploy a multi-tenant VoIP solution using Kamailio for SIP routing and trunk configurations, and Asterisk for media processing. - Implement WebRTC functionality for browser-based communication, alongside traditional SIP user capabilities. - Configure both inbound and outbound call capabilities, including intercom functionalities. - Develop and integrate Interactive Voice Response (IVR) features, with dynamic flow control based on user input. - Set up sophisticated call queues, handling call distribution and management. - Ensure that the entire solution (Kamailio and Asterisk) can be managed via a comprehensive API, facilitating tasks such as user addition, trunk configuration, DID assignment, IVR, and queue management. - Maintain communication between Kamailio and Asterisk predominantly over the local network to optimize performance and security. - Publish only the Kamailio IP for user registration and call initiation to protect network integrity. - Create detailed documentation for the API, including all functionalities and use-cases, ensuring clarity for developers and end-users. - Provide a comprehensive manual or guideline for replicating the setup on another system, including configuration files, versioning details, and custom scripts. - Collaborate with the development team to ensure best practices in API security and system integration. **Requirements:** - Proven experience with Kamailio SIP Server and Asterisk PBX implementations. - Strong understanding of VoIP protocols, particularly SIP, and experience with WebRTC. - Knowledge of Linux server environments, networking, and security best practices. - Experience developing APIs and documentation for system configuration and management. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network and system issues. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities. - Willingness to stay updated with new technologies and industry trends. **Desired Skills:** - Experience with other VoIP technologies and platforms is a plus. - Familiarity with programming and scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc. - Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. **To Apply:** Please submit your resume, a cover letter highlighting your experience with Kamailio and Asterisk solutions, and any relevant work samples or case studies demonstrating past projects or implementations.
