Need cpa leads

I'm looking for a company/individual that can produce 100+ sign ups in 45 days to one of my CPA campaigns(health related trial offers). If you feel you are incapable of achieving 100+ sign ups in 45days, please do not bid. I will be paying $7 per sign up, so payout for the 100 sign ups will be $700 and so on. Also, if you manage to complete 300 sign ups in less than one month, I will pay $9 per sign up. You can promote the offers any way you wish, as long as it's legal and complies with the TOS of the advertiser. You can use your own websites, blogs, landing pages. You can use article marketing, forum posting, Craig list, uploading videos on YT and other sites and so on. Some suggestions for promotion: Your own website, PPC, landing pages, article marketing, classifield posting, viral marketing, video marketing and forum posting. You will be provided daily reporting.
