25 PR3 & 25 PR4 Permanent One Way Links from sites currently not linking to our site. Host pages should be related to auction or classified services/ buying selling products. - Links must be from related / semirelated sites (my site topic is auctions and classifieds). - Your quote will be for the price for the whole project. - Links must be permanent, static and free. - Links must contain key words supplied. - Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of the desired PR value or higher, not just the sites main page. - No Directories, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites. All sites must be family friendly. - Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. - Links from websites that already contain a link to our site will not be counted. - No more than 25 links per page. - Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.).- Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag. - No links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. - All links should be free and not paid links. - All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. - Page must not be excluded in robots.txt. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. - One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted. - Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days). - Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. - Link Page should be navigated to from the site's homepage. - No text to mention the links are paid links. - Sites must be live. - No use of Automated software. - WHITE HAT techniques ONLY. - All Links must be from topically relevant English language-based developed websites with good content (not under construction). - Links must be submitted on a staggered deployment basis (over a 4 week period) to avoid any penalties: don't place all links at once. - You will provide in excel/csv format the Site Url, link Url, Number of links on page, and google's Page Rank of each site you have added a link to. - We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead. - I must review the sites first, Quality is important, only once satisfied with URL's will payment be made.
