Need SEO that can produce results FAST!

I am posting this project for a client of mine that really needs the service of a REALLY GOOD SEO Specialist! I am talking about one of those unique individuals that really loves a challenge and sincerely knows he's the best out there. Unfortunately, my client has been taken advantage of over the past several years and has been paying $75 every month for SEO services that has produces no results at all! He is in the Medical Uniform industry with 3 locations here in Nashville, TN. I need MAJOR link building here guys... right now he has only 3 websites linking to his site. No wonder, right?
