[What dev stack will you use] I'm pretty sure a nice node.js crawler could do that. [Will the system require licensing 3rd party software? If so, list them] Not licensing, but since node.js requires a service to run it, there is a montly fee attached. [What source code / version control system do you use?] Nodejistu is my choice when it comes to node.js apps. They got a native versioning feature so I don't mind it myself. [How do you approach documentation?] I usually put my documentation in the code itself. [Flexibility to add new websites to the platform would be ideal.] Hard to be that flexible since every business probably has a different html format. I'll need to code a crawler pattern for each one. We would probably need to set up a price for every new business. ... Damn, my profile shows up with 0 reviews and 0 stars for your project. Bummer... but I'm really into data scrapping =)
