[Magento] Connect shipping couriers(DHL\\\/UPS\\\/FeDex) and create shipping labels at Magento Platform..

Good morning. I am using Magento Enterprise version in South Korea. I know that there is a lot of extension on the MagentoConnect market to connect between Magento and shipping couriers such as DHL\\\/UPS\\\/FeDex to create labels and transfer each tracking number to both systems. However, the problem I can't use the extension was that I am living and using the Magento out of the U.S. So most extensions posted at MagentoConnect are not able to support the connection for international user. I also have the accounts of DHL\\\/UPS\\\/FeDex. Can anyone help me? If you are available, let's talk to after that. If you have a specific question, please let me know.
