Clean a Hacked Website - repost

Simple job... I have a website that has been hacked, below are the details given by google. I will supply the complete site as a zip file.. I need it cleaning and a description of what has been done. Please provide a TOTAL PRICE for the job in your response. Please note: I will submit a reconsideration request to Google and payment will be approved when google confirms it is clean. Specifically, we think that JavaScript has been injected into your site by a third party and may be used to redirect users to malicious sites. You should check your source code for any unfamiliar JavaScript and in particular any files containing "iframe name=Twitter scrolling=auto frameborder=no align=center height=2 width=2 ". The malicious code may be placed in HTML, JavaScript or PHP files so it's important to be thorough in your search.
