convert postcard design in to html for emailing

I have a post card designed in illustrator ( can save as pdf) I need it basically converted to html - has one main image, maybe a few support images? and I may want to test having you spruce it up a bit - (it's very text oriented). This is going out in an email now and I need to break it into html so it can be read easier by people who view their email on the phone. It won't get converted exactly as is I don't think. I think it needs a bit of embellishment with some of your awesome graphic design skills (maybe a cheap stock image) and also more vertical positioning rather than the horizontal-ness of the current postcard design. Because it is going in email, I don't know if it can use css or needs inline styles? I'm hoping you know better. If you have examples, I will be more inclined to select you. If you can have it done in a short amount of time, over the weekend, even better. And if you can do that and be the best price, I'll really love you :) add the word postcard to your bid so I know you read this and aren't a bid script ;) thanks
