Exceptionally Talented Web Designer Wanted - Full Time

Hiring NOW! We are looking for an exceptionally talented graphic/website designer to work for our firm full-time as an independent contractor. We are only interested working with the top 1% of all designers. If you do not have real talent, please do not waste our time our yours. We have plenty of work to keep one (and maybe more) designers busy continually doing Web 2.0 and Grunge style designs. We have much more work coming due to a comprehensive marketing campaign. We need to hire NOW to meet our current and coming needs. Again, we are only interested in the very best designers. Here are some of our must-have qualifications. - Must have completed AT LEAST a two year FORMAL training program in graphic design. (A four year program is preferred.) - Must have experience doing Web 2.0 and Grunge style website designs - Must have an exceptional eye for color. - Must make excellent use of typography. (There is more to typography than Helvetica/Arial.) - Must be highly skilled with Photoshop and be familiar with available brushes, filters, and other Photoshop related tools. - Must be highly skilled with Illustrator - Must be familiar with XHTML, CSS, and techniques for minimizing file sizes in website designs - Must be able to work for our firm full time - Must be very productive and able to produce great designs quickly In order to be considered, you must submit a portfolio of not less than five recent Web 2.0/Grunge Web designs developed entirely by you. Also, please provide your salary requirements and availability. We will work with you on one test project. If you successfully complete it, we will commit to work with you full time.
