2x HTML page development

We need to produce 2 static landing page websites from the attached .psd sample files. Spreadsheets with all link details are also attached. This project is simply to convert the design from Photoshop into HTML format and apply the links. Both pages are very similar in structure and style, with minor content variations only. There is a very small amount of scripting required for the animation when hovering over a couple of elements, plus the 'dock' feature at top of screen. Hosting is already setup, so just HTML development required. There are only 2 pages to create - all links go to pre-existing pages across our network of websites.
