Logo for Consulting Company

I’m looking to create a logo for a new consulting (legal and accounting) company. They are small but very well positioned within their market. They want to express with the logo seriousness and professionalisms while keeping the image of modern and dynamic. Colors: dark blue is what they have in mind, however other options could be considered. (it should not been "too modern" (web 2.0 style or too much colors). Style: they like very much [login to view URL] – simple and direct. (I would say that [login to view URL] could be another option). Name: The name of the company will be provided via PM. IMPORTANT: In order to be considered you have to submit a mockup of your idea with a short explanation of the concept behind it. You don’t have to have experience and you don't need to explain whatever you company does (your bidding will be disregarded if you do so), I will not read the text, I’ll look for the mockup. The best mockup will be selected. Payment (escrow): 50% when mockup is selected and the other 50% when it’s successfully submitted (sources psd). Pls consider that you have to transfer the copyright as well (you cannot reuse it nor show it as own in your portfolio). The winner will be considered as a freelancer for the digital content of the company (webpage/diagrams/presentations/business cards). The decision will be taken by 12/08.
