Need Wordpress Template For My New Business Website

Hey everyone, I need a template made for my new business site I have just setup, Online Marketing Domination LLC - domain is [login to view URL] - should be a pretty easy project. I am looking for someone who can do a nice, clean and professional template for my business - which is a business that does the online marketing for local business in my area (Delaware). If you believe that you can give me a nice, clean, professional looking site for my new online marketing business, put *READ in your post or PM so I know you read my project description and so that I know you know what I want. For the navigation, I want "Home", "About", "Services", "Contact Us". - Also I want you to put a little side bar on the right of the main page that will show my contact information and have a picture of me and possibly a company logo. This side bar should show on every page of course. An example of a "sidebar" can be found at [login to view URL] - this is what I mean by a side bar - and again it should show on every page.
