Site customisation / design illistration

I am looking for someone to illistrate the design the front page together with implementing of a complimentary colour scheme throughout the rest of a new job site. the site is technically finished but needs customising. This is to be a jobs site that geographically targets the country of Wales. Therefore the design should take into consider some of the country's traditions, colours etc but give it a modern and innovative feel whilst incorporating its history of castles, dragons, mountains, cities, etc etc .... It must be fantasy fun! I do not want the design to in anyway want it to resemble a traditional jobs site! Ideally the design should be static but I may consider some anination. Access to the site will be given by way of an online CSS style sheet editor.
