202035 Trace bitmap to EPS AI Vector

Hi all, I have what would be classed as a very simple and quick project for the right person. I have the image as a 300dpi bitmap for easy tracing. It's a cartoon style image so detail can be lost but I think a bit of gradient shading would look good. Colours using bright & vibrant superman style colours. The text can be replaced with fonts as required and converted to paths/outlines. It also requires the wording Tile Adhesive Man on a curve similar to the superman logo. It's going on a website header so the background needs to be suitable for tiling to browser width or if a cartoon style background is used please do to fit 800px browser.
