PDF to Magento Template

We are looking for someone skilled and professional to do a template conversion for a template we had designed for a website. The file is a PDF not a PSD. If we give directives and you do not listen we will end the relationship. 72hrs no reply will mean it is over between us. we will need you to install the template once done on our production server to make sure that everything is working properly and properly reflected from the template their may be some programming to do to implement some concepts from the template. if the work is done properly and the working relationship is good we will hire you to continue development on this and other websites the template is approximately 40 pages and reflects everything our site should encompass.
