Expert JOOMLA Dev is required - Re-doing a website with JOOMLA and VIRTUEMART

Hi Coders, We need to build (re-doing) a website JOOMLA based with an eCommerce (VIRTUEMART). for our client --- Latest version for each one is a MUST. The context is as follow below: -------------------------------------------------- Current website is DONE on JOOMLA and VIRTUEMART (I will provide you it depending on your bid) using old versions (JOO v1.5 and VM v1.x). So as the current PHP version installed on their server was updated (To PHP 5) time ago It (The website) is NOT working properly due to there is an in-compatibility with the versions. It means PHP5 sometimes DO NOT work fine with JOO v1.5 and VM v1.x. For that reason It is required a migration. As you should know it is NOT very recommended To Update VIRTUEMART to version 2 because VM1 and VM2 are completely different from the point of view of coding and architecture. So for that reason we have decided re-doing it at ALL from scratch maintaining ALL the design and ALL the info as It is on the DATABASE, such as sku numbers, products details and ALL that kind of information. In summary: We need re-doing a JOOMLA website with VIRTUEMART with the latest versions of each one. So you can check it out and see if you can duplicate the same stuff (That is our main objective) on the new site.
