375592 Website Design (3 Pages)

Looking for a PSD website developer for a design of a 3 page website includes a 6 logos (large and medium), favicon, Home page (basically it is a search page), Search results page and contact page. Developer who has experience in SEO of PSD to CSS and XHTML as they will also convert PSD to XHTML and CSS. Must be W3c Compatible. No Tables/TR/TD. Must be compatible with all browsers. Developer can also feel free to share their ideas in the design. Let me know if you need any further information, i will provide you. Please share your design experience.
